Rebel Pathway/Integration

Some of the people who sign up for the XR Exeter newsletter just want to keep abreast of what is going on locally and nationally with Extinction Rebellion. Considerable numbers of them however really want to be doing something to make a difference. 

This working group exists to welcome them, introduce them to likeminded fellow “rebels” and help them discover the kind of activism that best suits them and their circumstances. 

Our working group role also includes growing the numbers of people involved in effective climate and ecological action. It is becoming clearer that XR needs closer collaboration with organisations like the Wildlife Trust, RSPB, Friends of the Earth etc with whom we share an end goal so that together we can swell the potential for mass action and halt the suicidal race to the cliff edge. There’s a lot to do!  It’s rewarding and exciting work and well worth exploring. Intrigued? We’d love to talk more.
