Biodiversity event 11th April

Help Get Exeter Buzzing About Biodiversity!

Sunday 11th April Exeter XR Biodiversity Group organised an action at Exeter Quay to raise awareness about biodiversity loss and the climate and ecological emergency.

There was a stall, XR banners and leaflets, info about wildlife and biodiversity, and to give out ‘bee balls’ and ‘tree balls’ with XR info as outreach.

This was highly successful with all bee balls and tree balls given away along with about 500 leaflets. It was an opportunity to talk to many people passing by and £60 was given in donations.

Thanks to the Samba Band which provided good entertainment in the afternoon.
